What each alert means. Operation denied: the engine refused an operation and says which rule. Cap almost reached: 80% or 95% of a daily or cumulative cap is used; the agent will stop when it hits 100%. Sanctions match: a party matched a list; treat as critical. Mandate expiring: 30 and 7 days before expiry, renew or let it lapse. Possible structuring: several operations just below a cap or the approval threshold that together exceed it. Counterparty churn: many different counterparties in an hour. Probing the limits: a burst of denials. Alerts are also sent to your webhooks as the
