Think of a power of attorney. You don't hand your lawyer your whole estate: you grant a mandate with a scope, an amount and an expiry. This is the same, but for a program. Every limit you set is checked before every operation, and every check leaves evidence.
  • Who and what: the asset and the allowed actions. Anything not allowed is denied.
  • How much: three caps (per operation, per day, cumulative) and a human-approval threshold.
  • When: validity and, optionally, a trading window.
