Mandatary.aiConsole
Applies even if a mandate allows more.
Mandatory approval from this amount, even if the mandate does not ask for it.
If set, agents without a score are denied.
When an operation declares a price, it is compared with an independent price oracle. Beyond this deviation the operation is denied, and so it is if there is no current quote. Needs a price oracle connected (see Integrations).
Denies any agent without a verified operator (see Agents). Agents with no profile are denied too.
The hourly sweep looks for one actor behind several agents (shared hosts under different operators, agents rating each other, limits probed in concert, bursts of look-alike registrations). Off, the flag only warns and lowers the reputation confidence; on, agents flagged "high" are denied until the signals clear.
Checks every operation against the pilot: synthetic tokens are never eligible, third-party tokens wait 30 days from the notice to the issuer, the venue may offer 75 tier-1 and 250 tier-2 symbols, and each symbol may trade 0.25 % (tier 1) or 2.5 % (tier 2) of last month's average daily volume. Going over the volume cap pauses that symbol for 90 days. Each asset declares its class and volume in Assets; see Regulatory limits.
If you list assets, everything else is denied for agents.
How platform rules work. A mandate is what a principal allows their agent. Platform rules are what your platform allows any agent. The engine applies the mandate first and then your rules; whichever is stricter wins, and your rules can never loosen a mandate. Every verification records which version of your rules was in force, so the evidence explains each decision. Denials show the rule that decided, for example platform.maxTransaction.
