Evidence dossiers
Everything an auditor or a regulator needs for a period: mandates, every verification with the rule that decided, human approvals and revocations, chained and anchored.
Build a dossier
What you get. A package for a period: the mandates in force, every operation verification with the rule and reason that decided it, the human approvals with who decided, and the revocations. Every decision carries its evidence fingerprint and the link to the previous one, so an auditor can check that nothing was removed or altered; anchored decisions also show the on-chain batch.
- JSON (signed): the machine-readable dossier, signed by Mandatary.ai. Anyone can verify the signature against the published key id without trusting us.
- CSV: one row per verification, for spreadsheets.
- PDF: the formal document for an auditor, every time in UTC, with the signed JSON embedded inside it (the paperclip in your PDF reader).
Complete export (the whole history of this account)
Everything since the account's first mandate or verification, as one file: a signed manifest that lists the periods, plus one signed dossier per period (calendar months; single days when a month is very busy), each with the hash of its decisions written in the manifest. Keep it with your own records: it verifies with the open SDK against the chain, without Mandatary.
Why this exists. The duty to keep books and records for years is yours, not ours, and it must not depend on any vendor staying in business. This export is what you would hand an auditor if Mandatary disappeared tomorrow: the decisions are chained by hash, each period is signed, the anchors are on a public chain, and the verifier is open source. Take a copy whenever you like; we recommend once a quarter.
Regulatory books and records (one row per operation)
Uses the period and filters of the form above. Same data in every format; only the column order and labels change to match the regulator's vocabulary.
What a row contains. Identification of the parties (principal with LEI and verification status; agent with operator, agentId and operator verification), the authorization (mandate, version, template, signed by the principal), date and time, the asset (symbol, ISIN, contract), quantity, price and amount, the result (allowed, denied, human review, executed, settlement transaction), the safeguards applied to that operation, and the evidence fingerprints. Exactly what the SEC innovation exemption, MiCA and the FCA ask a platform to keep.
